Pertamina Brings Good News: There Is No Increase In The Price Of Pertalite, Diesel And 3 Kilogram LPG
JAKARTA - The management of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga ensures that there will be no increase in the price of subsidized fuel, pertalite, diesel, and 3 kg LPG amid the adjustment of non-subsidized fuel prices.
"Although the Indonesian Crude Price (ICP) for BBM and Aramco's Contract Price (CPA) for LPG is still high, the price of subsidized fuel has not been increased," said PT Pertamina Patra Niaga's Area Manager Communication Relations & CSR, Taufikurachman, in Medan. from Antara, Monday 11 July.
ICP oil prices as of June touched 117.62 US dollars per barrel or about 37 percent higher than the ICP price in January 2022.
The CPA price trend was also still high in July reaching 725 US dollars per metric ton (MT) or 13 percent higher than the average CPA throughout 2021. Taufikurachman said, starting Sunday, July 10, Pertamina made price adjustments for special fuel products ( BBK) or non-subsidized fuel.
For the North Sumatra region (North Sumatra), the price of Pertamax Turbo (RON 98) becomes IDR 16,550 from the previous IDR 14,800 per liter. Then Pertamina Dex (CN 53) to IDR 16,850 from IDR 14,000 per liter and Dexlite (CN 51) IDR 15,350 from IDR 13,250 per liter.
For non-subsidized LPG (bright gas) it will be adjusted from the previous IDR91,000, now it will be IDR104,000. For bright gas 12 kg, previously IDR 189,000, now it is IDR 215,000.

According to him, the fuel adjustment will continue to be implemented periodically in accordance with ESDM Ministerial Decree 62/K/12/MEM/2020 concerning General Fuel Type Price Formulation (JBU). Price adjustments are made following price trends in the world oil and gas industry.
"Currently, price adjustments are made again for the Pertamax Turbo and Dex series products," he said.
Only Pertamax is non-subsidized fuel, the price is fixed or unchanged at IDR 12,750 per liter.
