The Deputy Governor Of DKI Emphasized That The ACT Activity Permits Published By The DKI Provincial Government Were Revoked

JAKARTA - Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta Ahmad Riza Patria emphasized that the permit for operational activities at the Rapid Response Action Agency (ACT) would automatically be revoked.

This is because the Ministry of Social Affairs (Kemensos) has revoked the permit for the Implementation of Money and Goods Collection (PUB) which has been given to the 2022 Quick Response Action Foundation (ACT).

"Regarding the ACT problem, the permit has been revoked by the Ministry of Social Affairs. It's automatic. If the business license is revoked, it means that the others cannot. Even though the domicile permit is still there, it cannot apply if the business license does not exist," said Riza at DKI Jakarta City Hall, Thursday, July 7 evening.

Then, Riza also emphasized that the DKI Provincial Government will not cooperate with ACT in the future, considering that the ACT permit has been revoked and its account has been blocked by the Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (PPATK).

"Yes, of course, all cooperation is cut off, automatically, and we will also carry out various evaluations. Everything we do is evaluate, supervise, monitor, and check," he said.

Previously, the Head of the DKI Jakarta Province Investment and One Stop Integrated Service (DPMPTSP), Benni Aguscandra admitted that the DKI Provincial Government had issued an operational activity permit for the Rapid Response Action Agency (ACT).

Then, along with the alleged misappropriation of people's funds carried out by a high-ranking ACT officer, Benni admitted that his party was evaluating the permit for the donation collection agency's activities.

Benni revealed that the evaluation was carried out by several related regional work units (SKPD), one of which was the Social Service (Dinsos).
