JAKARTA - The holding company of media conglomerate Hary Tanoesoedibjo PT Global Mediacom Tbk (BMTR) officially received Rp 1.2 trillion in funds from the issuance of bonds and sukuk. The two debt securities will also be listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) today (Wednesday, July 6).

In detail, the total funds came from Global Mediacom's Sustainable Bonds III Phase I of 2022 of IDR700 billion and Global Mediacom's Sustainable Sukuk Ijarah III Phase I of 2022 of IDR500 billion.

Quoting the IDX, the bonds consist of three series. Among them, series A Rp313.67 billion with 8.5 percent interest per year, series B Rp217.82 billion with 10 percent interest per year, and series C Rp169.5 billion with 11 percent interest per year.

Meanwhile, Global Mediacom's sukuk are also divided into three series. Among other things, series A Rp220.16 billion with an ijarah fee installment of Rp18.71 billion per year, series B Rp269.63 billion with an ijarah fee installment of Rp26.96 billion per year, and series C Rp10.21 billion with a Rp1.12 billion return installment. billion per year.

The rating results from PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (Pefindo) for bonds are idA+ (Single A Plus) and for Sukuk are idA+(sy) (Single A Plus Syariah). On the other hand, acting as the Trustee in this issuance is PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.

Based on the listing of these two Global Mediacom debt securities, the total issuance of bonds and sukuk that have been listed on the IDX throughout 2022 has reached 56 emissions from 43 issuers. The total value is IDR 70.60 trillion.
