The Boy Who Trampled On The Tomb Of The Hero Apologizes To The Veterans Legion

JAKARTA - An apology was made by 9 elementary-junior high school students after a viral video trampled on a grave in the Heroes Cemetery (TMP), Kotabumi, North Lampung. They admitted that they were just playing at the TMP until they finally trampled on the graves.

The nine students trampled on the grave of the hero at TMP Kotabumi on Saturday, 31 October afternoon. The video went viral on Monday, November 2.

The police then rounded up the suspected perpetrators as well as their parents. Because the grave tramplers were still minors, it was agreed to hold a meeting with community leaders as well as the Chair of the Indonesian Veterans Legion (LVRI).
