After 11 Hours Of Examination, PPK AGO Was Searched For Hundreds Of Questions About The Maintenance Of A Burned Building
JAKARTA - The Commitment Making Officer (PPK) of the Attorney General's Office (AGO), who is also a suspect in the fire case for the Adhyaksa Corps building, NH, has finished undergoing examination. NH is examined in relation to the work package for the maintenance of the AGO area.
"(Examined) regarding the cleaning service work package for the building, garden and yard of the RI AGO office in 2020," said the Director of the Directorate of General Crimes at Bareskrim Polri, Brigadier General Ferdy Sambo, to reporters, Tuesday, November 3.
During the interrogation which began at 10.30 WIB to 21.00 WIB, investigators sought more than a hundred questions. After the examination, the investigators decided not to detain him.
"Investigators ask 110 questions. Investigators do not hold suspicions because during the investigation and examination process they act cooperatively," said Ferdy.
In addition, the decision did not detain NH because the family was willing to act as guarantor. Moreover, NH superiors at the AGO are also guarantor.
"There is a guarantee from the family, legal advisors and guarantees from the suspect's superior as a civil servant in the AGO," he said.
Previously, NH was absent on a scheduled examination date dated October 27. The reason is said to be suffering from illness. But when the witness's evidence was questioned, his attorney could not show it.

In this fire case, the National Police named 8 suspects. 5 of them are construction workers with the initials T, H, S, K, and IS. They were named suspects for violating the no smoking rule in the personnel bureau hall.
While the other 3 namely, UAM as the foreman, R who is the Director of PT APM and the Commitment Making Officer (PPK) of the Attorney General's Office, NH.
The determination of the suspect against UAM was reasoned because they did not supervise the five masons while they were working. Meanwhile, R and NH were named suspects for making an agreement to use a dash cleaner cleaning fluid which is said to accelerate the combustion process.
The suspects were charged under Article 188 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 and Article 56 of the Criminal Code with the threat of 5 years in prison.
