Fulham Prepares Rp363 Billion For Palhinha, Next Will Recruit Solomon Manor From Donetsk Rp156 Billion

JAKARTA - Premier League promotion club Fulham has reportedly agreed to spend 20 million pounds, or around Rp363 billion, to bring midfielder Joao Palhinha from Sporting Lisbon in the player transfer market this summer.

Quoted from Sky Sports, Monday, Palhinha is known to have agreed to a personal agreement and underwent medical tests at Fulham before being inaugurated in the near future.

Palhinha is Fulham's first signing of the transfer market this summer and is projected to replace Fabio Carvalho who left for Liverpool.

Liverpool spent 8 million pounds, or around Rp. 147 billion to redeem Fabio from Fulham and a few days ago was just introduced by the Reds.

After Pahinha, Fulham will look to land Shakhtar Donetsk winger Manor Solomon and right-back Kevin Mbabu from Wolfsburg.

Solomon is rumored to have a market price of £7 million or around Rp. 127 billion and Fulham are waiting for an answer from Wolfsburg regarding a £8.6 million offer (around Rp. 156 billion) for Mbabu.

Last season, Palhinha played 38 games for Sporting Lisbon in various competitions and contributed three goals from a total of 2,675 minutes played.

The 26-year-old player was signed by Sporting Lisbon from the Sacavenense youth team in 2013 and has had several loan spells at PA Cortugal teams such as Moreirense, Beleneses and SC Braga.

During his time with Sporting, Palhinha recorded 94 appearances in various competitions and scored seven goals from a total of 6,203 minutes of playing and won the Portuguese League for the 2020/21 season.
