West Java Holywings Monitored By Satpol PP, Confirmed Not To Operate
JAKARTA - The West Jakarta City Government (Jakbar City Government) will monitor and supervise the Holywings cafe and bar in its area so that it does not operate again. The monitoring was carried out after the DKI Jakarta Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) closed a number of Holywings outlets a few days ago.
"We will carry out surveillance in order to ensure that the enforcement of regulations goes well," said West Jakarta Mayor Yani Wahyu Purwoko, Friday, July 1.
According to Yani, the closure of Holywings in his area is in accordance with the recommendation of the Economic and Creative Tourism Office to the One Stop Service (PTSP) so that its business license is revoked.
After the permit was revoked, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government (Pemprov) forwarded the report to the DKI Jakarta Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) so that all Holywings in the capital were closed.
Yani ensured that his staff, in this case, the West Jakarta Satpol PP, would monitor Holywings in his area so that they would not operate for an undetermined time.
Not only Holywings, Yani also appealed to all owners of similar businesses not to violate the provisions of the applicable business license.
"The government always provides education so that the business will run smoothly without any violations so that it can run well and the economy will improve," he explained.
Previously, the DKI Jakarta Satpol PP sealed a branch of the Holywings restaurant and cafe on Jalan Tanjung Duren Raya, West Jakarta, Tuesday, June 28.
"We sealed Holywings because it violated several things," said the Secretary of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Satpol PP, Santoso.
Santoso said there were several factors that caused the closure of Holwings in the Tanjung Duren area.
"The article on closing Holwings' place of business is because this outlet does not yet have the proper documents, terms and conditions for licensing," said Santoso.
Second, Holywings is considered to be operating not in accordance with the applicable permit.
Third, the revocation of business licenses is carried out in accordance with the recommendations of the Investment Agency and One Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP).
Lastly, there is a recommendation from the DKI Jakarta Economic and Creative Tourism Office (Parekraf) to the Satpol PP to seal Holywings.
