Harley-Davidson Riders Who Pushed TNI Members To Become New Suspects

JAKARTA - The Bukittinggi Police, West Sumatra, has named a new suspect in the alleged torture of TNI soldiers by the Harley Owner Group (HOG) Siliwangi Chapter Bandung Indonesia motorbike rider that took place in Bukittinggi City on Friday, October 30.

Head of Public Relations of the West Sumatra Regional Police, Kombes Satake Bayu, said that one new suspect was based on the results of the title of the case conducted by the investigator, namely a man with the initials TS (33)

He explained that the TS perpetrator pushed the victim to fall and this was reinforced by a number of witnesses at the location and also CCTV video recordings.

"The total number of suspects currently detained is five," said Satake in Padang, as reported by Antara, Monday, November 2.

The four people who have become suspects and have been detained first are BS (18), MS (49), HS (48) and JA (26). "The four of them are currently detained at the Bukittinggi Police Headquarters detention center," he said.

The HS suspect was found to have beaten the victim three times based on information and witnesses and video of the CCTV shop at the scene.

Then the suspect JA also beat the victim and proved it by CCTV video. Likewise with BS and MS.

Dody explained that currently the case process is still being carried out and it is possible that there will be additional suspects.

The police emphasized that anyone who uses the road, be it a club, community or other group, can equally respect other road users and obey the rules.

"Respect for other road users obey the regulations, if indeed the red light stops," he said.

Previously, the incident was known to have occurred on Jalan Simpang Tarok, Bukittinggi City, West Sumatra (West Sumatra) on Friday at around 16:40 WIB, and was viral on social media.

A group of people who were part of the moge group tortured the victim, which was later confirmed that the victim was a member of the TNI serving at Kodim 0304 / Agam.
