JAKARTA - The Head of the Kebayoran Lama Sub-district, Iwan Santoso, admitted that he had coordinated with the police regarding allegations of prostitution at a Mr Braid shophouse in the Gandaria area, Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta.
"Of course, the police have coordinated with the police chief yesterday. It will be investigated,” said Iwan when confirmed, Thursday, June 30.
According to Iwan, if the place is proven to have violated. Therefore, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Tourism Office will revoke the business permit for the place.
"Certainly, the DKI Provincial Tourism Office will take action, both revocation of permits, and taking action if there is a violation in accordance with the provisions in the police," he said.
Iwan advised all business actors, especially in Kebayoran Lama District, not to make excessive promotions or invite public attention.
"Don't invite the attention of residents to think negatively and of course I appeal to business actors, especially the Kebayoran Lama sub-district, please do business, compete with positive and positive promotions, be polite and courteous," he concluded.
