Holding Rp43 Billion Profit For Capital, Bank Mayapada Appoints Former BI Senior Deputy Governor Miranda Gultom Accompany Conglomerate Dato Tahir In The Board Of Commissioners
JAKARTA - The General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) of PT Bank Mayapada Internasional Tbk appointed Former Senior Deputy Governor of Bank Indonesia, Miranda S. Goeltom as Deputy President Commissioner.
Previously, Miranda served as Senior Deputy Governor of BI for the 2004-2008 term and replaced Boediono, who ran for vice president with Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono. He took over the position as the Daily Task Executing Officer for the Governor of Bank Indonesia.
In addition to appointing Mianda as Deputy Komut, Apart from Miranda, Bank Mayapada's GMS also decided to dismiss Jusak Pranoto as Director of the Company.

Bank Mayapada also decided to use its net profit in 2021 of Rp44.13 billion for two needs.
2.27 percent of net profit in 2021 or Rp. 1 billion to meet the provisions of Article 39 of the Company's Articles of Association in conjunction with Article 70 of Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies (PT) to make reserves of net income every year, until reserves reach 20 percent of the total Paid-in Capital.
The rest, which is around Rp. 43 billion, will be part of retained earnings to strengthen the capital structure.
