New Interface For Gmail, Put Spaces, Meet, And Google Chat In One Location, Easy!

JAKARTA - Google started launching the new Gmail interface in February, this new interface turns Google Chat, Meet, and Spaces in one location.

On Tuesday, June 28, Google again shared some additional updates regarding the feature update, rolling out the opt-out experience to a segment of Gmail users.

"This means that certain users will see the new Gmail experience by default, but they will still have the option to revert to classic Gmail via the settings menu," Google said in the Workspace update blog.

For details on the Gmail changes later, you'll see improvements to the service's old layout by changing the colors, buttons, and icons to better match the look of the latest Android.

The most striking change is the blue color that adorns the entire Gmail interface. The Compose button on the left bar also gets a new look, with a slightly more square shape.

In this change, you'll see Google Chat, Meet, and Spaces in one location, from where they were previously separated at the bottom left bar.

This change means that certain users will see the new Gmail experience by default, but they will still have the option to revert to classic Gmail via the settings menu.

Gmail's new look is coming from June 28th and will take the next 15 days to become visible.
