Members Of The Muslim Khilafatul Sukabumi Declaration Of Loyalty To Pancasila And The Republic Of Indonesia

SUKABUMI - Citizens of the Khilafatul Muslimin Ummul Quro Sukabumi declared their nationality to be obedient and loyal to Pancasila and the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) which was witnessed directly by the Regional Leadership Communication Forum (Forkopimda) and the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) Sukabumi Regency.

"This declaration is a form of pledge of allegiance to Pancasila as the ideology of the state and the Republic of Indonesia. This activity is a form and proof that the state is present in the community, one of which is to anticipate the spread of ideas that are contrary to Pancasila and division," said Sukabumi City Police Chief AKBP SY Zainal Abidin at the Pendopo Sukabumi Regency was reported by Antara, Tuesday, June 28.

According to Zainal, the existence of this organization is certainly forbidden because it opposes the Pancasila ideology and even openly socializes the caliphate system that they adhere to in their organization.

Based on the research results of the National Counterterrorism Agency (BNPT) that Khilafatul Muslimin Ummul Quro belongs to the category of intolerance organization because the understanding it adheres to is contrary to the ideology of Pancasila.

Even though the Khilafatul Muslimin Ummul Quro Sukabumi made a declaration, his party still took early anticipation, in the form of intensive communication to the management and members of this organization who were in the jurisdiction of the Sukabumi City Police.

"Following up on the existence of the Khilafatul Muslimin Ummul Quro, we approached the management and members of the organization intensely and humanely, so that in the end they were willing to follow the National Declaration which was held at the Sukabumi Regency Pendopo Building," he added.

Zainal said his party will continue to monitor the potential of certain parties who want to shift the Four Pillars of Nationality by including their interests.

In addition, conducting socialization to various elements of society to strengthen insights related to the Four Pillars of Nationality, as part of social life in Indonesia.
