He was reprimanded for making noise by always playing guitar and singing in front of his rented house every night from 23.00-24.00 WIB. The perpetrator set fire to the house by tying a cloth on the door frame of his room and then setting the cloth on fire using a lighter. The police confiscated evidence of red gas lighters and cloth.
