Sherina's Adventure 2 To Show In 2021

JAKARTA - A simple poster was uploaded today, Friday, October 30 through the Miles Films Instagram account. Sherina Adventures 2 will be produced and released in 2021.

On the same day, Sherina as the main character announced the advent of Sherina 2.

"I & @Derby_RR will return to play the character Sherina and Sadam."

The uploaded teaser video also features Sherina and Derby Romero walking around and making iconic scenes from their first film. The two of them faced the camera with a sneer.

Launching Sherina's tweet, the sequel scenario will be made by Mira Lesmana, Riri Riza, Sherina, Jujur Prananto, and Virania Munaf. Sherina will also develop songs and film scoring in the Sherina 2 Adventure film.

“I also wrote songs and scored films, continuing the position of the late Elfa Secioria. I will do my best to make you proud Om Abang !, ”he said in a tweet. Currently, the production house Miles Films is in the final stages of casting and preparing music and choreography.

This news was greeted with great fanfare by netizens who were looking forward to the continuation of Sherina's Adventure. Previously, at the end of 2019, Sherina and Derby Romero were seen gathering together although they did not mention what projects they were working on.

Sherina's Adventures is a film released in 2000. It was a musical that saw more than 10 million views at its time. In addition to the sequels, Miles Films will be making an animated version of Sherina's Adventures for the first time.

Apart from the film, Sherina's Adventure has also gained attention through its soundtrack which is still popular today. The Sherina Adventure 2 will arrive at the end of 2021.
