Affirming That The Company Does Not Need An SKU, Jimmy Lie's Attorney Submits 32 Documents Of Evidence
TANGERANG - Jimmy Lie's team of attorneys handed over 32 documents of trial evidence that were held at the Tangerang District Court (PN).
The handover was carried out when hearing expert testimony from the respondent, namely the Tangerang City Police Metro.
Jimmy Lie's attorney, Furqanto, said that as many as 32 documents of evidence submitted were supporting documents.
"About the object that is the problem, in the SKU issue. Then, also about the legality of the establishment of the amendment deed," said Furqanto when confirmed, Sunday, June 26.
"The point is that in order to open the trial, the fact that the applicant's company does not need an SKU (Business Certificate) document is revealed," he continued.
According to him, with the existence of upper-middle business licenses such as a Trade Business Permit and a Trading Business Permit (SIUP), Jimmy Lie no longer needs an SKU.
"Because the SIUP is from the BKPM Investment minister, the level is not a company that requires an SKU. We reveal facts like that," he explained.
In addition, his party also asked for comments related to the existence of a formal arrest, determination of suspects and detention.
"It has also been revealed in cross-check with the opinions of the experts and regarding the news of the TSK determination from the respondent to the Attorney General's Office, his opinion has also been asked about the evidence it is deemed sufficient from the understanding written in the TSK determination document. " he said.
For information, this pre-trial hearing was held by the Tangerang District Court following the arrest and determination of Jimmy Lie as a suspect in the alleged case of using an ID card belonging to a resident.
The pre-trial hearing on the alleged use of documents belonging to another person involving Jimmy Lie will be resumed at the Tangerang District Court, on Monday, June 27.
