Prabowo's Message For The Generation Of 'Adolescents': Don't Forget To Take Care Of Your Physical

JAKARTA - Defense Minister Prabowo Subianto reminded the younger generation not to forget to maintain physical and fitness.

He conveyed this in front of 366 students who will continue their master's and doctoral studies at universities abroad and within the country through the Education Fund Management Institute (LPDP) scholarship. At that time, Prabowo received a question from one of the participants about how to stay physically good in the midst of high mobility.

"I can see that Pak Prabowo is quite active, maybe today you are going to which country, tomorrow you will return to Indonesia. Maybe we need tips, especially since we are elderly teenagers who are friendly with salonpas and counterpain. If we look at Pak Prabowo, we are ashamed, who is far above us," said the questioner, quoted from a written statement by the Prabowo Subianto Media Team, Saturday, June 25.

Prabowo also answered that he always took the time to exercise. Prabowo's current favorite sport is swimming.

“Sport is very important. Exercise reduces stress and maintains fitness. So I entrust it to you who are young, you are smart. Don't forget to take care of your body," Prabowo said.

Prabowo also advised youth to always be disciplined. “We need leaders, young people, disciplined leaders. Only with discipline can we work hard.”

“For example, we want to wake up arbitrarily but for the greater interest, the environment, our family, our colleagues, our subordinates, we need to be present at a productive time. That's why we can't do it arbitrarily," Prabowo continued.
