Visiting Ministries/Institutions, Moeldoko Wants To Ensure President Jokowi's Orders Are Executed
Batam - Presidential Chief of Staff Dr. Moeldoko reminded his staff to never get tired of serving the community. He emphasized that whatever the President's orders, wishes, and statements must be made sure to run on the ground.
Moeldoko conveyed this when opening a coordination meeting between the Presidential Staff Office and Ministries/Institutions, in Batam, Riau Islands, Friday, June 24.
"KSP is here to carry out debottlenecking. What concerns the President must go. So if KSP's children come to the ministry, that's my order, Moeldoko's order," said Moeldoko.
For information, the Presidential Staff Office together with ministries/agencies and local governments coordinate to unravel the blockages of strategic issues.
Namely, the issue of accelerating land certification in coastal areas and small islands, increasing the competitiveness of export MSMEs, the issue of subsidized fuel for fishermen, Indonesia's preparation to become a member of the FATF, securing border areas in the Malacca and Natuna Straits, handling hoaxes ahead of the political year, and poverty alleviation through social Security.
"We have to solve these issues today. Don't beat around the bush," said Moeldoko.
The 2013-2015 TNI Commander also revealed the reason for holding the coordination meeting in Batam, namely bringing the central government closer to solving strategic issues of a local nature.
"Two local issues in Riau Islands that need attention, namely the acceleration of certification of coastal areas and small islands and increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs. We must raise this nationally," concluded Moeldoko.
