Instinctively Wanting To Meet Jake Paul, Nathan Diaz Asks UFC For These 2 Things

JAKARTA - UFC fighter Nathan Diaz is very ambitious to meet Jake Paul in the boxing ring. However, before realizing that, Diaz wants to solve his problems at the UFC first.

Nate Diaz's contract at the UFC will reportedly expire in the next few months. He wants the contract to be terminated immediately or given a fight in July or August.

The goal is only one, to be able to fight with Jake Paul.

"UFC release now please or give me a fight with anyone in July or August. I have big things to do," he tweeted.

In his upload, Diaz also included a video of Jake Paul boxing. In the video, Paul beat Tyron Woodley in their rematch last December.

Paul is scheduled to appear at an event at New York's iconic Madison Square Garden on August 6. His opponent has not yet been announced.

With Diaz under contract with the UFC, it's highly unlikely the popular MMA star has been offered the fight. However, of course that doesn't mean future battles won't attract a lot of attention.

Diaz last competed at UFC 263, about a year ago. At that time, he lost by unanimous decision to Leon Edwards.
