Visiting The Propam Police Headquarters, Nikita Mirzani Wants To Make An Official Complaint About The Police

JAKARTA - Artist Nikita Mirzani went to the Propam Police Headquarters to make a complaint and ask for protection related to the problems that happened to him recently.

Nikita arrived at the Propam Police Headquarters accompanied by lawyer Fachmi Bachmit. When asked by reporters what the purpose of his visit was, Nikita asked his lawyer to explain.

"Making a complaint, please protect the Propam Kadiv as to what I will convey after we make a formal complaint. We will convey several points later," said Fachmi at the National Police Headquarters, Wednesday, June 22.

According to Fachmi, one of the points that will be reported is related to the case of a forced pick-up attempt by the Serang Police, Banten, some time ago.

Fachmi promised to explain in detail what were the points of his complaint to the Propam Polri after his client wrote a complaint letter.

"Yes, later what we propose after we get an official receipt then I can speak. Only then can we convey. What is clear is Niki is seeking justice and wants all processes to be upright like that," said Fachmi.

Previously, Nikita Mirzani's house was visited by Satreskrim Polresta officers from Serang City, Banten, to conduct an investigation related to cases of violations of the ITE Law with the reporter named Dito Mahendra.

The effort to pick up Nikita Mirzani's house was done because the person concerned had been absent from the examination agenda several times.

The Head of Public Relations of the Banten Police, Kombes Pol. Shinto Silitonga, said that according to the rules in the criminal procedural law, the investigator came to Nikita's residence and asked the person concerned to be cooperative.
