Bank Indonesia Liquidity Assistance Confiscates Setiawan Harjono And Hendrawan Haryono's Land Assets Worth Rp22.67 Trillion
JAKARTA - The Bank Indonesia Liquidity Assistance (BLBI) Task Force confiscated land from BLBI obligors or debtors covering an area of 22.33 thousand square meters, which is estimated to be worth IDR 22.67 trillion until June 21, 2022.
"The total acquisition of the BLBI Task Force to date is 22,334,833 square meters with a value of IDR 22,678,608,179," said Chairman of the Steering Committee for the Bank Indonesia Liquidity Assistance (BLBI) Mahfud MD in Bogor, West Java, Wednesday, June 22.
This value includes land covering an area of 89.01 hectares worth around IDR 2 trillion which is linked to obligor PT Bank Asia Pacific on behalf of Setiawan Harjono and Hendrawan Haryono.
Previously, the land area of 21.44 thousand square meters, which was estimated to be worth IDR 20.67 trillion, had been successfully recorded by the BLBI Task Force.
Through the process of calling and collecting priority obligors or debtors, the BLBI Task Force has succeeded in recording Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) to the state treasury of IDR 714.40 billion.
From the auction sale of the obligor or debtor collateral and property assets of the former BLBI, PNBP of IDR 36.02 billion has been obtained.

Then from the results of the confiscation, both confiscation of collateral or other assets of the obligor/debtor, as well as physical control of ex-BLBI property assets, the Task Force has recorded an asset value with a total area of 20.24 thousand square meters which is estimated to be worth IDR 17.68 trillion.
"The BLBI Task Force has determined the Status of Use (PSP) to Ministries and Institutions (K/L) and grants to local governments to support the state's duties and functions on BLBI assets with a total area of 663.60 thousand square meters and a total value of IDR 1.51 trillion, said Mahfud.
