Minister Ida Promises Ministry Of Manpower To Be A Comfortable Place For Young Talents
JAKARTA - The Minister of Manpower, Ida Fauziyah, ensures that his ministry has a high concern for young talents.
The Minister of Manpower stated that the Ministry of Manpower is ready to collaborate with young talents to maximize their potential for the advancement of the employment sector and the economy.
"We, the Ministry of Manpower, are preparing to make the Ministry of Manpower a comfortable place for all of you to collaborate," said the Minister of Manpower in his official statement, Tuesday, June 21, as quoted from the ministry.
The Minister of Manpower said that when he was the keynote speech at the Talent Talks Afternoon with the Minister with the theme "From Recovery to Resilience: Rebuilding the Youth Agenda Beyond COVID-19.
Minister Ida said the Talent Talks event is one of the Ministry of Manpower's programs as a forum for the younger generation to communicate and collaborate.
"Talent Talks aims to encourage the participation of young talents like these younger siblings to be safe and comfortable talking and collaborating with our Ministry of Manpower," he said.
It was further explained that the development of young talent is one of the 9 Great Leaps that have been proclaimed by the Ministry of Manpower.
The development of these young talents, he said, is a priority for the Ministry of Manpower in order to manage and optimize the creative potential of the millennial generation and Gen Z to become young talents who are ready to pick up the future.
