No Pedemo Masses Yet In The DPR Building, The Traffic Is Smooth

JAKARTA - The DPR / MPR building became one of the points of demonstration against the Omnibus Law of the Job Creation Law. But there has been no sign of mass movement around the parliament building.

Based on VOI's monitoring at 13.40 WIB, the traffic flow around the DPR / MPR building was still busy. The traffic flow diversion scheme has not been implemented.

Vehicles from Jalan Gatot Subroto to Jalan Pemuda and vice versa can still pass. A number of TNI-Polri personnel were only on standby by the side of the road to be precise at the Ladokgi flyover. They are seen sitting and joking around with each other.

Previously, the Director of the Traffic Directorate of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Sambodo Purnomo Yogo said there were three locations for the demonstration.

"Tomorrow it will be at the Palace, the DPR-MPR and the Proclamation Monument," Sambodo told reporters, Tuesday, October 27.

Meanwhile, the estimated mass who will hold a demonstration is estimated at 4,000 people.

The Indonesian Student Executive Board (BEM SI) will again hold a demonstration against the Job Creation Law tomorrow. This action coincided with the commemoration of Youth Pledge Day.

The action will be held at 13.00 WIB. He predicted that the crowd that would attend would be 1,000 people. Several students also came from outside DKI Jakarta Province.

The reason BEM SI held another demonstration was because it was disappointed with President Joko Widodo's attitude of ignoring the rejection of the Job Creation Law which came from various elements of society.
