Bahar Smith Shreds The Determination Letter Of The Suspect In Prison

BANDUNG - Bahar Smith was again named a suspect in the persecution case. Responding to this, Bahar Smith was said to have torn up the suspect's letter.

This was conveyed by Bahar Smith's lawyer, Aziz Yanuar. According to him, the suspect's determination letter that was handed over by the officers was immediately torn apart. Shredded letters were handed back to the police via Gunung Sindur prison officers.

"Habib Bahar already knows, earlier the letter was delivered to the Gunung Sindur prison and Habib Bahar. Then the letter was shredded, returned to the prison to be confiscated to the police waiting outside the prison," said Aziz, Wednesday, October 28.

Regarding the determination of the suspect, Bahar Smith is said to be a lawyer who is not worried. Bahar, according to Aziz, does not care about the new cases that have caught him.

"Regarding the determination of the suspect, Habib Bahar said, let alone the suspect, Habib Bahar bin Smith is a person who really misses death, so not only the suspect. He doesn't care about the suspect," he explained.

This case stems from a report by a person with the initials A in the Bogor area in 2018. The victim who was allegedly abused by Bahar was the reporter himself.

From the suspect's determination, the police charged Bahar with article 170 and article 315 of the Criminal Code for acts of violence against people or assault.
