JAKARTA - A number of people flocked to the house of Jamaan Nurchoti Mansur or Ustaz Yusuf Mansur in the Tangerang City area. They asked Yusuf Mansur to be responsible for mining investment.
PSI politician Guntur Romli responded to the geruduk action of dozens of members of the Darussalam Mosque in Cibubur Tourism City who felt cheated. He said the incident could be a lesson for society.
"Hopefully it will be a lesson," said the man who is familiarly called Gun Romli through his Twitter account, @GunRomli, Tuesday, June 21.
According to him, the public can benefit from the lack of clarity about the investment program, which was attended by 250 administrators and congregants of the Darussalam Mosque in the City of Tourism.
"Don't let religion be used for business, which in the end will be detrimental," said Gun Romli.
Ustaz Yusuf Mansur's house in the Ketapang area, Cipondoh, Tangerang City, was demolished by approximately 30 people on Monday, June 20. The raid was accompanied by the Pelita Lima Pilar Foundation.
Secretary of the Pelita Lima Pilar Foundation, Herry M. Joesoef, said that the crowd came to the house of the famous Ustadz to demand that Yusuf Mansur be invited to have a dialogue.
"There were only representatives who came, around 30 people. Not everyone who has a relationship with Yusuf Mansur physically dared to face him. There were a lot of thugs there, a total of 250 people," said Herry when confirmed, Monday, 20 June.
Herry said that the congregation of the Darussalam Mosque in Cibubur Tourism City had tried to meet with Yusuf Mansur. However, the ustaz was always unable to attend even though the invitation had been delivered.
"Twice the invitation didn't come. We went and ran. We don't know where to run. One version, the police version says that he is in Yemen. The other version, I got, is that he fled with his family to Singapore now. I don't know the truth. where," said Harry.
