Woman Abandoned By Lover After Seeing Residents Stealing Motorcycles

TANGERANG - Police arrested a couple who were suspected of having stolen a motorbike in Belimbing Village, Kosambi, Tangerang Regency. Both are known to have the initials AV and DR. Tangerang Metro Police Chief Kombes Zain Dwi Nugroho said the incident occurred on Thursday, June 16, if it was noon.

"AV admitted that he and his girlfriend DNR stole a motorbike while his girlfriend had run away," said Zain in a text message, Friday, June 17.

The police, who knew the identity of the perpetrator, immediately moved to give chase until DNR was obtained in the Tangerang Regency area.

"Evidence in the form of a Honda Beat motorbike, a T letter wrench and a wrench were brought to the Teluknaga Police Headquarters," he said.

For their actions, both of them were charged with Article 363 of the Criminal Code Subs Article 53 of the Criminal Code regarding theft with aggravating or attempted theft which carries a penalty of 7 years in prison.
