Subsidized Cheap Food Program Is Very Beneficial For Jakarta Residents
JAKARTA - The residents of DKI Jakarta who are beneficiaries of the subsidized cheap food program have been greatly helped by the subsidized cheap food program held by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government (Pemprov) through the DKI Jakarta Marine and Agricultural Food Security Service together with the DKI Jakarta BUMD Food. This was said by Hj. Fauzia Seska Devi MBA Member of the DKI Jakarta PKS Expert Council who reviewed the distribution of cheap subsidized food at the RPTRA Pinang Pola, Pondok Labu Village, South Jakarta, Friday, June 17.
It should be noted that this subsidized cheap food program primarily targets students who receive KJP Plus cards, while apart from students who receive KJP Plus, other beneficiaries of the Subsidized Food Assistance Program are PJLP (PHL, PPSU etc.) with a maximum income of 1.15 x UMP and registered , Residents of Flats, Elderly who cannot afford and are registered, Persons with disabilities who are unable and are required to be registered, PKK Cadres who are unable to meet their basic needs and are registered, Non-PNS Teachers and Non-PNS Education Personnel (KKI) earning 1.1 UMP.
Nachnoer Vernier Atom Arss as the Village Head of Pondok Pinang said that this cheap food distribution involved PKK, RPTRA and PPSU women in order to provide services to residents.
Furthermore, the Subsidized Food Program is also part of food security which aims to improve the nutrition of children and residents of Jakarta, which can now be obtained by students receiving the Jakarta Smart Card (KJP) Plus.
"Today there are 492 residents around the Pondok Labu sub-district, East Cilandak, West Cilandak who take products in the form of 5 kg of rice, 1 pack of eggs, 1 kg of mackerel, 1 carton of UHT milk containing 24 boxes, 1 kg of frozen chicken, beef frozen 1 kg," he explained in a written statement, Friday, June 17. Meanwhile, the President Director of Food Station Jaya, Pamrihadi Wiraryo, who was also present, appreciated the Subsidized Food Distribution activity at Pondok Labu which was running very orderly.
"KJP holders are approximately 70 percent of the total 1,050,000 beneficiaries of the Subsidized Cheap Food Program, which are 6 groups," he said.
"The Subsidized Food Program is a program that has been held for years by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government and the impact is very positive for the beneficiaries of DKI Jakarta residents, such as these women from Pondok Labu, who queue regularly while maintaining health procedures," explained Pamrihadi.
Pamrihadi added that apart from all urban villages and sub-districts, residents who receive subsidized food assistance can also make transactions at the Tjipinang Jaya Food Station Office, RPTRA in all areas of DKI Jakarta and through Jakgrosir, Jakmart, Mini DC, and other outlets under the auspices of Pasar Jaya. .
