Transportation Policy Analyst, Azas Tigor Nainggolan emphasized that PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia (KCI), which is the manager of KRL, should be responsible for all service facilities at Manggarai Station, South Jakarta.

"It's a public service facility, so it must be ready to be used by the public as best as possible. It must be provided," said Azas when confirmed by VOI, Friday, June 17.

His party also conducted a check some time ago at Manggarai Station, South Jakarta. From the results of the check, his party found a lack of information service facilities at Manggarai Station.

"A few days ago, I went to Manggarai Station. It was difficult, information was minimal, the facilities that could be used were also limited," he explained.

The principle asked PT KCI to be more serious in providing services to users of this mass transportation mode.

"This must be considered, repaired and provided so that users are not harmed," he said.

In terms of public services and facilities in the station area, according to Azas, PT KCI must really pay attention to the comfort and safety of KRL users.

"That is the responsibility of the manager, in this case the manager of the PT KCI KRL. It must be ready. If there is damage, there is a problem that must be repaired immediately," he said.
