JAKARTA - The kidnapping and confinement experienced by a company employee in the field of Event Organizer (EO), PT OHP. The man with the initials MS was detained for one week in his office, on Jalan Pulo Mas Barat IV, Kayu Putih Village, Pulo Gadung, East Jakarta.
Wednesday, January 15, the police rescued MS. She has been in captivity since January 7. Three perpetrators, namely AP, JCS and AJ were arrested without resistance when arrested.
Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus said, from the results of the investigation, it was suspected that the detention was because the victim used PT OHP company money for personal gain.
"We will explore it. What is clear is that there is violence there is intimidation and confinement for several days," said Yusri in his statement, Thursday, January 16.
Based on the investigation of the three suspects, this detention was carried out on Andre's orders. He is now on the wanted list (DPO).
"On Andre's orders, currently the victim's DPO was brought to the PT OHP office and held for one week," said Yusri.
One week in captivity, MS was subjected to harsh treatment. He was often kicked, beaten, and even burned by the three perpetrators. In addition, MS was also only given food and drink one a day, even though it was a minimal portion.
Director of the Directorate of General Criminal Investigation at Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Suyudi Ario Seto said the motive for the confinement was directed at the company's internal problems.
It's just that, to prove it all must go through the process of examining the perpetrators and arresting Andre, who is known as the mastermind of the crime.
"It seems that they are doing it internally. Maybe it has something to do with this financial problem," said Suyudi.
With all the criminal acts of the three perpetrators, they are charged with Article 333 of the Criminal Code and or Article 352 of the Criminal Code which regulates the crime of depriving independence and / or persecution.
