JAKARTA - Bandai Nacom has announced that the survival RPG game by developer Hyde, Digimon Survive will be coming with a new adventure story set in a mysterious world on July 28 in Japan for PS4 and Nintendo Switch.

However, at that time, it was not known exactly when Digimon Survive would be launched globally for PC and Xbox One. Finally, the developer announced that Digimon Survive will be available for PC, PS4, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One on July 29.

"Celebrating the 25th Anniversary of the Digimon Anime, Digimon Survive features a new adventure set in a mysterious world with characters designed by Uichi Ukumo, and music by the acclaimed Tomoki Miyoshi," the developer wrote in the announcement.

Digimon Survive will tell the story of a new group of teenagers, led by Takuma Momozuka who got lost on a camping trip from his school. In the game, you will be transported to a strange world of monsters and new dangers.

The developer promises charming anime graphics in this game. In addition, Digimon Survive will tell a darker story in friendship and survival. Interestingly, this game will provide more than a hundred digimon.

As you fight your way back home from this monster-infested world, you'll have to face a series of tough decisions and deadly battles. Your choices throughout the game will affect the ending of your story.

The combat in this game is done in 2D, in a more classic and captivating SRPG style.
