Surya Paloh Reminds His Cadres Not To Get Stuck In Polarization: This Is The Year Politics Must Be Able To Use Brains
JAKARTA - Chairman of the DPP NasDem Party, Surya Paloh, reminded all cadres not to be trapped in the polarization that exists in society.
"We shouldn't be trapped by what the head of the Youth Guard said earlier, the polarization of life in our society," said Surya Paloh during the NasDem Youth Garda Alert Call ahead of the opening of the NasDem National Working Meeting (Rakernas), in Senayan, Jakarta, reported by Antara, Wednesday, June 15.
According to him, it is the duty of the entire community to determine the progress or decline of this country.
He also reminded to put the interests of the state and national above the interests of the group.
"I am proud of all of you, I am proud, your job is to maintain your belief that you are in the NasDem youth guard is to provide something much more meaningful for the progress of the nation and state," he said.
Surya Paloh asked all NasDem Party cadres to keep the spirit and struggle for the progress of the nation and state.
"We must be able to take advantage of the remaining time in every change in time to provide values of virtue, values that are beneficial to the whole spirit of unity and integrity to strengthen us as a nation," said Surya Paloh.
He also asked that NasDem cadres be ready to compete in all aspects, especially towards the 2024 election.
"In the youth guard, the NasDem Party is ready to compete in all aspects of life that we have together. Are you ready to be competent for that?" Surya asked the cadre.
"Ready, ready, ready," answered the NasDem Party cadres in unison.
Meanwhile, General Chairperson of the Youth Guard, Prananda Surya Paloh, hopes that polarization in society will not happen again.
"This is the year of politics, we must not only use our muscles, but we are also ready and must be able to use our brains," he said.
He said the target that the General Chairperson of NasDem Surya Paloh hoped would be ready to be achieved and achieved in the 2024 election. Because it has become the moral responsibility and burden of the NasDem guard cadres.
"We want to make more contributions. If the NasDem Party states its target is 100 DPR RI seats, 30 percent of it is mandatory from NasDem Youth Guard cadres," he said.
To achieve the target of 100 seats in the DPR, the NasDem Party's DPP gave 34 operational cars to win the 2024 election to 34 NasDem regional leadership councils (DPW).
