Land Procurement In Cipayung, East Jakarta Draws 2 Suspects, Deputy Governor Of DKI Makes Sure Not To Conduct Internal Investigations
JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government will not conduct an internal investigation of the City Parks and Forest Service (Distamhut) related to the land acquisition case in Cipayung, East Jakarta. In this case, two people have been identified as suspects.
Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta Ahmad Riza Patria said routine investigations were carried out through the provincial inspectorate, including the Disamhut DKI Jakarta.
"The inspectorate has already done that, it doesn't need to be special. So routinely the inspectorate always monitors, evaluates and supervises," said Riza at City Hall, Antara, Tuesday, June 14.
However, Riza said the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government would look at the facts and data resulting from the investigation of the case by the DKI Jakarta High Court to carry out further evaluations and ensure that any guilty party would receive sanctions.
"Of course, certainly any internal evaluation will be carried out, but we have to look at the facts and data. Of course for anyone who is guilty of course there will be sanctions," he said.
For this case, Riza continued, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government is positioning itself to support the various efforts made by the authorities so that all legal-related problems can be overcome.
"Regarding the land issue that is being investigated, we leave it to the legal apparatus. The DKI Provincial Government supports various efforts to disclose legal issues so that they can be resolved, of course we also ask all levels in the Provincial Government to carry out their duties, perform well without any KKN," he said. he.
The DKI Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office has named a suspect in the land acquisition case in Cipayung, East Jakarta, whose budget is with the DKI Jakarta Parks and Forest Service.
Head of the Legal Information Section (Kasipenkum) of the DKI Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office, Ashari Syam, Tuesday, said that in the case, two suspects were named on June 13, 2022.
"The two suspects are respectively LD as a notary based on the Suspect Determination Letter Number: TAP-58/M.1/Fd.1/06/2022, and MTT as the Setu Cipayung Land Procurement Mafia based on the Suspect Determination Letter Number: TAP-59 /M.1/Fd.1/06/2022," said Ashari in Jakarta.
From the results of the investigation, in the land acquisition process there was cooperation between Suspect LD, Suspect MTT and other parties so that land in Setu Village, Cipayung District could be acquired by the Jakarta Parks and Forestry Service.
Then, the suspect LD, together with other parties, have arranged and or set prices for eight owners of nine plots of land in Setu Village, Cipayung District, East Jakarta.
The land owner should only receive compensation for land acquisition of Rp. 1.6 million per square meter, but based on the role of each suspect, the Forestry Service and DKI Jakarta Province finally spent an average of Rp. 2.7 million per square meter.
The total amount paid by the DKI Provincial Forestry Service was Rp.46,499,550,000. Meanwhile, the total money received by the land owners was only Rp. 28,729,340,317, so the remaining money from the land acquisition enjoyed by the suspects and other parties was Rp. 17,770,209,683.
Ashari explained, the money was then distributed to a number of parties, including the DKI Jakarta Provincial Forestry Service and other parties through the suspect MTT.
