77 Percent Of COVID-19 Patients In Depok Have Healed

DEPOK - As many as 5,161 people or 77.3 percent of all COVID-19 patients in Depok City, West Java, have been declared cured of corona virus infection. The number of COVID-19 patients who were declared cured increased by 125 people.

According to city government data, the accumulative number of cases of new type of corona virus infection increased by 114 to 6,677 cases and the number of active cases of COVID-19 increased by 14 to 1,331 cases or 19.9 percent of the total cases.

The number of patients who died due to COVID-19 in Depok City was recorded to have increased by three to a total of 185 people.

In an effort to control the transmission of the corona virus, the city government is also monitoring the condition of 471 people with suspected active status and 1,220 people with close contact status, namely people who have had direct, face-to-face or physical contact with patients who are suspected or confirmed to have contracted the corona virus.

In addition, the city government continues to campaign for the implementation of health protocols to prevent transmission of the corona virus as well as a clean and healthy lifestyle to reduce transmission of COVID-19.
