Appearing On IG With Asynchronous Eye Movements, Justin Bieber Announces Idap Ramsay Hunt Syndrome

JAKARTA - Justin Bieber revealed the pain he was experiencing along. Previously, the singer canceled several concerts of Justice's tour in the United States some time ago.

Through his social media, Bieber wrote several messages and a video to fans. He admitted to suffering from Ramsay Hunt syndrome in which his face is partially paralyzed.

Ramsay Hunt syndrome is a syndrome caused by a virus that infects the nerves in the head. Starting with a rash on the ears, face, and mouth, this virus makes it difficult for people to move.

“It's getting harder and harder to eat, and it's frustrating me. Please pray for me," Justin Bieber wrote on his Instagram Story on Friday, June 10.

The 28-year-old singer later posted a video showing him talking but the movements between his eyes were out of sync.

"You can see from my face, I have a syndrome called Ramsay Hunt Syndrome and it's from a virus that attacks my ears and face. As a result, my face was paralyzed," said Justin Bieber.

“You can see, these eyes don't blink. I can't smile on this side, my nose won't move, so there's complete paralysis on this side of my face,” he said pointing to his face.

Because of this, Justin Bieber made sure he could not continue the concert. He hopes fans can understand his condition because he is currently resting.

"I hope this isn't the case but my body is asking to take it slow and I hope you guys understand and I will use that time to rest to be 100 per cent."

Hailey Baldwin's husband is also doing exercises to get his face back to normal. He could not explain when everything would recover and be able to continue touring again.

Justin Bieber was previously scheduled to start his Justice tour in Washington DC on Tuesday, June 7 yesterday. However, a few hours before the concert, Bieber canceled the concert and announced via his social media.
