8 Lands Belonging To The Regent Of Probolinggo Inactive Confiscated By KPK

JAKARTA - Eight plots of land allegedly belonging to the inactive Probolinggo Regent Puput Tantriana Sari were confiscated by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). The land is located in several locations in Probolinggo Regency, East Java.

"The KPK investigation team has confiscated eight parcels of land as well as installing confiscation signs at several locations suspected of belonging to PTS (Puput Tantriana Sari)," said Acting KPK spokesman for the Enforcement Sector Ali Fikri in a written statement, Thursday, June 9.

The confiscation signs, continued Ali, were installed to prevent misuse by other parties.

"With the confiscation, it is hoped that at the Prosecution stage until the Court Decision has permanent legal force, these assets can be confiscated for the state so that the optimization of asset recovery can be realized," he said.

The following is the location of the land confiscated by the KPK:

1. 1 plot of land located in Bulu Village, Kraksaan District, Probolinggo Regency2. 1 unit of house located in Sumber Lele Village, Kraksaan District, Probolinggo Regency. Klampokan Kec. It was previously reported that Puput Tantriana Sari and her husband, Hasan Aminuddin, were caught in the bribery case of buying and selling positions. He set a tariff of Rp. 20 million.

From that case, the KPK then developed an investigation into allegations of money laundering and gratuities. Both were later named suspects.

In the process of investigating money laundering offenses, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) continues to look for evidence of what the two have done. In fact, Puput's assets of Rp50 billion had previously been confiscated.
