The Youngest Son Of The Julio Dynasty Cesar Chavez Ready To Return To The Ring June 18

JAKARTA - The Chavez dynasty is not over yet. Omar Chávez, the second son of the "Great Mexican Champion" is getting ready to fight again, after his father has definitively retired from exhibition fighting and his brother Julio has been unable to deliver satisfactory exhibition fights for years.

Omar will put his gloves on again next Saturday, 18 June against Rafael Ortiz at the "Julio César Chávez" Sports Center in Culiacán, Sinaloa.

Therefore, the 32-year-old boxer is currently working on the final details of his preparations to return to the ring. Through his social networks, Omar shows his seriousness while practicing in the ring, accompanied by his coach.

"Getting ready on the 18th is @omarchvezzbu's attitude". In his second publication he invited fans to join him at the Polideportivo de Culiacan," said Julio Cesar Chavez.

This event was promoted by jdpromociones and will be the main event of the evening. And for Omar, this will be his first fight since June 2021.

"I feel very happy to fight again and even more here in Culiacán, I am very excited to be back in the ring and very excited to fight and come back in the best way possible," Omar said.

Meanwhile, Julio César Chávez had problems with his two sons, as neither of them were able to shine in their respective careers.

His son Julio had potential, but was never disciplined enough and stumbled a lot. Recently "Julito" revealed that he did not have an easy relationship with his father.

He accused his father of being indifferent to his family and being influenced by third parties.

Later, controversy grew over Chavez Senior's answer indicating that he took his son to a clinic to fight addiction.

Although Omar insists that all is well with his family, he assures that Julio Jr. "locked up" because of his comments about his father. Omar also denies that his brother has an addiction problem.

This response also went viral on social networks and again Julio's father denied the rumors.
