Government Targets Completing Regulations Implementing TPKS Law This Year
JAKARTA - The government targets the implementing regulations of Law Number 12 of 2022 concerning the Crime of Sexual Violence to be completed this year. "We also think that Article 80 regarding the implementation of TPKS prevention and Article 83 paragraph 5 regarding coordination and monitoring are very possible to be regulated in one PP," Ratna said.
