Immigration Ensures Formula E Crews And Racers Comply With Immigration Rules
JAKARTA - The North Jakarta Class I Immigration Office ensures that the drivers and crews of the Formula E electric car race at the Jakarta International E-Prix Circuit (JIEC) Ancol, comply with immigration rules. Saleh said that Formula E did involve a number of foreign crews and drivers entering Indonesia using limited stay visas and visits. The prestigious race was attended by 22 drivers from 11 teams.
"There are seven officers from the North Jakarta Immigration Office who came down to carry out surveillance. So far, no immigration violations have been found from either the crew or the drivers," said Achmad as quoted by Antara, Monday, June 6. One of the immigration officers who came to the location was Bong Bong Prakoso Napitupulu as Head of the Intelligence and Enforcement Section of the Class I Immigration Office for the Immigration Checker ( TPI) North Jakarta.
