Bandar Lampung City Government Opens The Possibility Of 1,057 Honorary Interests To Be Outsourced
BANDAR LAMPUNG - The number of temporary employees or non-State Civil Apparatus (ASN) employees at the Bandar Lampung City Government who can be recruited as outsourced or outsourced employees is around 1,057 people.
"Only about 1,057 people may be appointed as outsourcing staff, if honorariums are abolished next year," said Head of the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) of Bandar Lampung City, Herliwaty in Bandar Lampung, Monday, June 6.
He revealed that currently the number of honorary workers working in the Bandar Lampung City Government is approximately 5,000 people spread across a number of regional apparatus organizations (OPD).
"Our honors are spread in almost all OPD, where the largest distribution is in the cleaning staff of the Environmental Service, Satpol PP personnel, BPBD personnel and health workers," he said.
According to him, the number of honorariums that may be appointed as outsourcing refers to the data in each OPD and they (honoraries) are still actively working until now.
"So there are 1,057 people who work in cleaning staff, drivers and security units, yes, more or less that number can be outsourced," he said.
Previously, the government planned to abolish honorary workers in 2023 and instead, outsourcing would be used to support the duties of the state civil apparatus.
The outsourcing staff that will be used are staff who carry out basic work, such as cleaning staff, drivers and security units.
