Toyota Innova Accident Victim On Jalan Sudirman Dies
JAKARTA - After undergoing treatment at the hospital, Adepol Setya or AS, the victim of the Toyota Innova accident with two motorbikes on Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, died.
Elon (36), one of Ade's family, confirmed the news that the victim had passed away on Sunday, June 5. However, Elon could not confirm that Ade died on the spot or in the hospital.
"At that time, the doctor told the family to come. We don't know whether it was at the place of death or at the hospital. We don't know yet. But when we got there it wasn't there. It was already dead," Elon told reporters at Fatmawati Hospital, South Jakarta, Monday, June 6th.
Elon explained that the victim had bruises on his face and several wounds on his hands and feet. However, Elon suspects that Ade's most severe injury was in the head, due to a collision during the accident.
"The most bruised, because when we checked it was nothing serious, only the head. Because it hit the impact when hit from behind," he said.
On that occasion, Elon said that the driver was responsible for Ade's financing until he was buried.
"That's the only culprit who is very cooperative, he is the one who pays for it, he is also the one who saves him by car. He picks him up and takes him to the hospital, he immediately takes him to the ER and waits for the family to come," he said.
"Finally, after all the family came and asked to meet, he finally talked to the family. Then he himself said that he would bear all the costs incurred as a result of the accident," he continued.
Regarding the suspicion that the driver was influenced by alcohol, Elon denied. He explained that if the perpetrator lacked concentration, he lost control and the incident occurred.
"He was not drunk, just yesterday he was at that time, I met the perpetrator, because he asked to meet, then finally chatted, there was no such thing (drunk)," he said.
