161 Students In Buleleng Bali Poisoned, 2 People Still Being Treated

BULELENG - Two people are still being treated at Buleleng Hospital, Bali, due to poisoning. A total of 161 students of the One Roof 2 State Junior High School were previously poisoned.

"Students are getting better, only two students are still being treated at Buleleng Hospital," said Head of Public Relations of the Buleleng Police, AKP Gede Sumarjaya, Monday, June 6.

The police examined 6 witnesses including the school principal, the rice orderer and the rice seller.

The seller prepares consumption according to order, namely vegetables, eggs and pork belly which are wrapped and brought to school. Even with snack vendors.

Currently, the police are still waiting for the results of laboratory tests on the food the students consumed until they were poisoned.

"It depends on the results of the investigation process and the investigation later. Is there an element of intent or not," said Sumarjaya when asked by reporters about potential suspects.
