Gboard Update By Google Now Lets You Create New Emojis From Existing Emoji Combinations
JAKARTA - Google gave an update to Gboard a few days ago. This update is expected to improve a more expressive messaging experience.
"We make sure that every interaction with your Android device is more rewarding than the last," Google said on its blog.
Custom Text Stickers
You can now find stickers containing words. This custom text sticker was initially only available on Pixel phones only, but Google says that it will soon be available to all Gboard Android users who type in English-US.
Emoji Mashups
The emoji mashup has finally arrived, there are more than 1600 new combinations to help you express your joy. You can put two emojis together to create one unique emoji.
Sound Amplifier
Sound amplifier designed for people with hearing loss, Sound Amplifier uses your phone to amplify and filter important sounds around you.
"Today's update brings better background noise reduction, faster and more accurate sound, and a revamped user interface for easier viewing," explained Google.
Lookout Images
You can listen to detailed descriptions of images from almost any browser or application with Lookout Images mode. This mode is designed for people with visual impairment or blindness. Then, now Lookout also works offline without the need for Wi-Fi or data service.
Google Play Points
Google Play Points is a rewards program that allows you to earn points and rewards for the way you use Google Play. On its blog, Google will allow you to redeem all or part of your Google Play Points while in a game or app.
You can immediately use Play Points for in-app items upon payment, without leaving the app. Google Play Points will be like coupons, before purchase. Google plans to roll this out in the coming weeks in countries where Play Points is available.
