The Love Triangle Behind The Murder Case On The Edge Of The Karang Tengah Toll Road
JAKARTA - The murder case of Bayu Samudra (19) whose body was found on the edge of the Tangerang-Merak or Karang Tengah toll road has finally been revealed. The motive for the murder was said to be jealousy.
"The motive for this case is that the suspect is hurt and jealous of the victim," said the Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes E. Zulpan to reporters, Friday, June 3.
The suspects in this case are Facruh Ramadhan (21) and Dea Febriani (18). They are a couple.
Fachrul's jealousy is because Bayu often contacts his girlfriend. In fact, in the communication, the victim asked Dea to have sex.
"Often contact and invite the suspect DF to have sex so that the suspect (RF) is annoyed," he said.
Even the suspect, Fachrul, who was annoyed, finally decided to meet Bayu. The trick is to ask Dea to contact the victim to meet.
In that communication, Dea and Bayu agreed to meet at Fortune Housing, Ciledug, Tangerang.
At that meeting, Fachrul, who had been waiting for the victim's arrival, planned a murder. Starting with spraying carbon cleaner on Bayu's face.
"When the suspect (Fachrul) and the victim met, the suspect DF fled using the motorbike belonging to the suspect FR. The suspect FR immediately sprayed the carbon cleaner," said Zulapan
Then, Bayu, who was looking down because he was sprayed with chemical liquid and trying to clean it, was suddenly hit with a hammer by Fachrul. So, he fell helpless.
"The suspect FR immediately took the hammer or hammer that had been prepared in the bag. Then the suspect FR immediately hit the back of the victim's head three times," said Zulpan.
Next, Fachrul, who was trying to get rid of the tracks, pushed Bagus' body into the bushes or the edge of the toll road.
With this series of actions, the lovers were named suspects. They are suspected of being under Article 340 of the Criminal Code and or Article 365 paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code and or Article 339 of the Criminal Code.
Thus, they are threatened with the death penalty or life imprisonment or imprisonment for ever or 20 years in prison.
This murder case began with the discovery of a man's body on the side of the Tangerang-Merak Toll Road, right before the entrance to the Karang Tengah toll gate, Tangerang City, on Wednesday, June 1.
The young man's body became a victim of murder because a red cutter knife was found. In addition, there were also several scars on the victim's body.
