Governor Of North Sumatra Edy And Sundanese Residents Hold A Joint Prayer For Ridwan Kamil's Children
MEDAN - North Sumatra Governor Edy Rahmayadi (Gubsu Edy) prayed together with the Wargi Sunda Association (PWS) of North Sumatra for Ridwan Kamil's son, Emmeril Khan Mumtadz, who went missing in the Aare River in Switzerland, Thursday 26 May.
Governor Edy prayed that the hopes of Ridwan Kamil and his family would be granted by Allah SWT. Edy Rahmayadi also prayed that Ridwan Kamil and his family would be given fortitude and patience.
"Let's pray together that Ridwan Kamil's son Emmeril will be found soon and the family will be given fortitude and patience," said Edy Rahmayadi, at Tengku Rizal Nurdin Hall, Jalan Sudirman Number 41, Medan, Thursday, June 2.
The former Commander of Kostrad also hoped that whatever results Emmeril Khan Mumtadz searched for would be accepted by Ridwan Kamil and his family.
"We really hope that Ridwan Kamil's son is found, but whatever the result, the family can accept it sincerely," said Edy.
Meanwhile, Ustaz Lukman Aziz reminded all parties to continue to strive and pray. The rest is left to Allah SWT.
"As humans, that's what we can do. However, by gathering us here, praying together, the hopes of Mr. Ridwan Kamil's family are answered by God," said Ustaz Lukman.
Chairman of the North Sumatra PWS DPP Dadan Ramdan said, all Sundanese in North Sumatra share and are concerned about the disaster that befell Ridwan Kamil and his family.
He also asked all Indonesian people, especially the Sundanese people in North Sumatra, to continue to pray for the best for Emmeril.
"We are sorry for this disaster, let's continue to pray for the outcome as expected by the family," said Dadan.
