JAKARTA - The case of the murder of Suherlan, whose body was put in a sack and dumped into the Legok river, sand dugout, Tangerang, has finally been revealed. Two people were named suspects and had a motive for being hurt.

This series of killings began when the suspects, SY (35) and MYM (18) gathered at the victim's house in the Legok area, Tangerang, on Sunday, May 29.

They chatted while watching porn. However, Suherlan suddenly said a sentence that offended suspect SY.

"The victim asked the perpetrator to suggest to the victim's brother 'do you want three hundred to use' by the perpetrator," said the Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes E. Zulpan to reporters, Thursday, June 2.

Hearing this statement, suspect SY was immediately emotional. A fight between the two ensued.

Not long after, the suspect SY took an ax and directly hit the victim in the head and chest, precisely in the ribs. Suherlan died instantly.

"The perpetrator SY beat the victim with an ax at the victim's house even though the victim screamed because he was joking. But the killings were still carried out," said Zulpan.

When Suherlan killed Suherlan, the suspect SY thought of finding a way to get rid of the traces. An idea arose, the victim's body was put in a sack and thrown into the lake.

Head of Sub-Directorate Resmbob, Kompol Maulana Mukarom, said that the suspect, SY, with the help of MYM, took the victim's body in a car.

But before throwing the body, the suspects put weight in the sack. The goal, so that the sack containing the victim's body does not float to the surface.

"The ballast is to drown the victim's body, the idea of the suspect SY, the concrete barrel is made of iron handles," said Maulana.

The murder was revealed when Suherlan's body was found in a sack in a sand dug in Legok Village, Tangerang Regency, on Tuesday, May 31, at 11.00 WIB.

When he was found, he was naked, wrapped in a sack floating on the surface of the water.

Until finally, the two suspects were arrested on Wednesday, June 1. Both were charged with Article 338 in conjunction with 340 of the Criminal Code, Article 365 paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 of the Criminal Code.
