GTRA Summit 2022 is a meeting of state institutions and relevant ministries, local governments, associations, civil social organizations (CSOs), and other organizations.

"This is the first GTRA event and Southeast Sulawesi has been entrusted with being the host. The 2022 GTRA Summit is expected to create alignment in technical implementation between spatial planning and asset management (forest areas, permits, and/or land rights), as well as access arrangements, especially for indigenous peoples, local communities, and traditional communities in coastal areas & islands. small island. This is a manifestation of the implementation of the Job Creation Law and its derivative regulations.

"GTRA aims to realize and operate the umbrella institution supporting the Agrarian Reform Program so that it can effectively encourage the acceleration of achieving national targets, both related to asset management/asset reform (legalization and redistribution of land), as well as access reform arrangement (community empowerment and increase in soil productivity)," he explained.

Previously, the Acting Secretary of the Regional Secretariat of Southeast Sulawesi, Asrun Lio, said that the theme of the GTRA Summit Wakatobi 2022 was "Towards the Peak of the G20 Presidency: Economic Recovery that is Inclusive and Environmentally Insight through Agrarian Reform, Spatial Harmonization, and Empowerment of Coastal and Archipelago Communities."

From this theme, it is divided into three sub-themes, namely "Legal Capacity of Community Land Rights and Business Licensing", Arrangement of Assets in Coastal Areas, Small Islands and Outermost Small Islands, and Structuring Access to Customary, Traditional and Local Law Communities in the Coastal Zone, Small Islands."
