BANTEN - The Banten National Search and Rescue Agency (Basarnas) dispatched a team to conduct a search after receiving reports that Lebak Regency residents were missing in the Sasak River yesterday. so that the search must be maximized until night and early morning. The resident who was swept away named Thomas (9) with the address Dungus Village RT 03 RW 03, Asem Margaluyu Village, Lebak Regency The accident on the river occurred at 19.52 WIB, in the Sasak River, Cibadak District , Lebak Regency. Based on Antara's report, the incident began when several children were playing soccer. After finishing playing soccer, as many as six children cleaned their bodies in the Sasak River. However, one child slipped and was swept away by the river current. Their friends tried to help, but the drowning victim has not been found so far. The search was carried out using water patrol equipment, trucks, personnel, communication guards, medical counters, and hazmat PPE The search and rescue also involved a joint team from the Lebak BPBD, TNI, Polri, volunteers Tagana, and the local community.
