John Kei's Story About Nus Kei's Debt, The Beginning Of The Problem
JAKARTA - John Refra alias John Kei told about the lie of Agrapinus Rumatora alias Nus Kei. The lie is about money matters.
It all started when John Kei was still serving a detention at the Salemba Penitentiary (Lapas), Central Jakarta. At that time, Nus Kei came to him to borrow Rp1 billion.
I don't know what the money will be used for, said John, what is clear is that Nus promised to return the money twice as much. So, John also gave the money.
"He (Nus Kei) came to Salemba and borrowed Rp1 billion and he will replace Rp2 billion within 6 months," John told reporters, Monday, October 19.
Apparently it was only a promise. Nus Kei, said John Kei, did not comply. Because since 2013 until John was declared conditional on 26 December 2019, Nus never came to him to pay off his debt.
So, John ordered his men to meet Nus to settle the debt. But that way is futile. Then, John used another method, namely sending his men from Kei Island.
"That's why I sent the children from the village myself to collect him but he didn't come," he said.
Until finally, John decided to hand over power to Daniel Farfar. The goal is to collect debts from Nus. However, John claims he does not know exactly how Daniel will pay off this debt.
"Finally, I gave power to my brother Daniel Farfar to collect him (Nus Kei). So I don't know if there are any events. I just told him to collect my rights, what's wrong?"
In fact, John admitted that he did not know the plan to kill Nus. The reason is, he never thought about it. Moreover, John has also just been released from prison.
"It is impossible (planning to kill). I was just released, 7 years and 10 months in prison. I was free and then I made a problem, which means I am crazy. I am still in my right mind," he said.
