The Latest Free Fire MAX Update Now Comes With A Lower Installation Size

JAKARTA - Recently, Garena provided the latest update regarding its Android and iOS battle royale games, Free Fire and Free Fire Max on its website.

Although similar, the two games are not the same. Free Fire (FF) has been released since 2017, while Free Fire MAX has been launched on September 18, 2021.

Free Fire MAX is exclusively designed to provide a Premium Game experience in Battle Royale. You can enjoy various exciting game modes with Free Fire players through the exclusive Firelink technology.

Battles in Free Fire MAX are also unprecedented in ordinary FF. In addition, Free Fire MAX is equipped with Ultra HD resolution and amazing effects.

"We are aware that Free Fire Max's HD graphics can cause a huge load on your mobile device. Therefore, we changed several areas to reduce the file size of this version and, without resolution compensation, mitigate the performance degradation that your device may experience when running Free Fire. Max," Garena wrote in her latest update.

Free Fire MAX now reduces its file size by only requiring 506MB with the mandatory OS Android 4.1 or later.

In addition, there is also a drop in performance while in the lobby, and Garena reduces the incidence of interference and overheating of the device during game play.
