As PHP Victims, Underage Girls In Serang City Failed To Get Married Because Her Lover Escaped After Taking 'Honour'
SERANG – MA (22) had the heart to have sex with his underage girlfriend. The victim was forced to comply with her lover's request, because of the promise to be married. But it turns out, MA is only PHP (Fake Hope Giver). Until the case was finally revealed, the victim's parents immediately reported it to the Serang Police.
MA was finally arrested by the Women and Children Protection Unit (PPA) Team of Serang Police, Thursday morning, May 26.
"The MA suspect was secured by PPA Unit personnel in Bandung District, Serang Regency at around 02.00, after investigators received a report from the victim's parents," said Serang Police Chief AKBP Yudha Satria in a written statement, Friday, May 27.
Yudha explained, based on the results of the examination, it was known that the Supreme Court carried out the action at his brother's house.
"The victim is a resident of Kibin sub-district, Serang district, he was picked up from his house and taken to the suspect's aunt's house in Bandung sub-district, Serang district. At her aunt's house the suspect tried to seduce and force the victim to have sex," explained Yudha.
The results of the examination, the Supreme Court has done it twice, in March and July 2020 at noon when the house was quiet.
"Every time they have sex, the suspect promises to be responsible. But recently the suspect broke his promise," explained Yudha.
Yudha said the immoral act was exposed after the victim told his aunt. Hearing the confession, the aunt reported to the victim's parents.
The family tried to find the suspect but was nowhere to be found. After that, the victim's family reported the case to the Serang Police.
"After conducting an examination and supported by the results of the post-mortem, the PPA Unit Team led by Ipda Stefany AY Panggua immediately moved to arrest the suspect," explained Yudha.
The suspect was charged with Article 81 paragraph (1) and (2) in conjunction with Article 82 paragraph (1) of the Republic of Indonesia Law No. 17 of 2016 concerning the Second Amendment to Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection with the threat of a minimum sentence of 5 years in prison and a maximum of 15 years. prison.
