West Java Deputy Governor Invites People To Pray For Ridwan Kamil's Child To Be Found Soon
JABAR - Emmeril Khan Mumtadz, son of the Governor of West Java (Jabar) Ridwan Kamil, went missing in the Aaree River, Bern, Switzerland, yesterday. The Deputy Governor of West Java, Uu Ruzhanul Ulum, invited the public to pray that Eril would be found safe and sound soon.
"We appeal to the people of West Java, we pray that our leader's children are safe and healthy," said Uu Ruzhanul Ulum, during a working visit to SMKN 1 Garut Regency, Friday, May 27.
He said that he was aware of what had happened to Kang Emil's son, Ridwan Kamil's nickname.
Uu hopes that through this prayer, the West Java Governor's first son can be found in good health and safe.
"As a good friend, a close friend, I pray that his son will soon be found safe and healthy," he said, as reported by Antara.
He explained that prayer is one way so that what is expected to be granted by Allah SWT. If there is something that is not desired, it is expected to be something good.
Uu emphasized that the disaster was not necessarily an event that could lead to death. For this reason, it is hoped that prayers and various efforts made can provide safety and health.
"Praying is one of the inner efforts, in order to succeed what is expected," he said.
Ridwan Kamil's son was reportedly swept away by the current in the Aaree River, Bern, Switzerland. He went to the country in order to continue his education to college.
